Time Limit : 5 minutes flat
1st : Mal Murrell
2nd : Keith Farrell
After round 1 was finished it looked like it might well be an exciting finish, with the speed players matching points - a win each and two draws. Tony always gets into good positions (and he and Keith have fairly close encounters) but usually runs fearfully low on time, but this time against Keith the positions were either so good that the time didn't matter - or he managed to squize the moves out.
Mal, however, showed everyone a clean pair of heels after round 1.
