Central Coast Leagues Chess Club May 2000 Blitz GP2
John Curtis - Lightning player ? Well, maybe ... John, of course having won the State Lightning Championship 8 times and the current co-holder (with Johny Bolens) was favourite to win - and even played a latter round as a simul - against Jim & Tony.
Going in the last round both Keith and Tony were on 1 point, and last month you may remember they scored 1:1 but this time Tony pulled out all stops to come equal 3rd - his second 3rd (so to speak).
Coming 1st one month, last the next; we anticipate anything-at-all from Keith
Time Limit was 300+12 secs
